How will Mickey ensure your leadership success? Leveraging Your Inner ED Leadership Program combines group training and individual executive coaching in a three-part series:
- If You Lead, Will They Follow? ED Leadership Skills
- Leaders Manage Systems ED Management Skills
- Leaders Manage Relationships and Build Teams Your ED People Person Skills
Mickey's time-tested program maps your path to achieving your goals in the following areas:
- Eight-function areas of non-profit management
- Staff management
- Burn-out prevention
- Board management
- "Soft-skills" of leadership, including vision, trust, and discipline
Coaching
Each cohort program is customized to the needs of the group and the individual. Through monthly peer meetings (via conference call or NetMeeting) and two individual coaching sessions a month, you will be laser focused on the challenges to leadership that you want to confront. Your success will be measured nearly every week, giving you motivation and energy to continue to achieve your goals and your organization's goals.

Tuition
Tuition is $5,000 per participant and includes six months of coaching (two hours/month), peer cohort conference calls and NetMeetings, and a one-on-one session with Mickey at Creating Change or the Equality Federation Summer Meeting (or other mutually agreed upon location.)
