Micheal Vance joins realChange Partners after serving as Executive Director for the Gay, Lesbian, Bisexuaal and Transgender Community Center of Central Florida, Inc. Located in Orlando, FL, Micheal more than tripled the organizations budget during tough economic times. Prior to becoming the Executive Director, Micheal served on the Board of Directors and on the Executive Board Committee.
Prior to his work with not for profits, Micheal owned and operated a successful Event Planning company with offices in Orlando, San Diego and Las Vegas. Micheal worked more than 20 years in the restaurant and hospitality industry. His most recent work with restaurants was with Carrabba’s Italian Grill where he was responsible for the training and development of staff and managers of 14 locations in Florida.
Micheal lives in Orlando, FL with his 165 pound dog Maximillian. Micheal serves as board chair of Mills50 Mainstreet District, 1 of only 5 economic improvement organizations in Orlando.
